- The 53rd Kushiro Shitsugen Marathon takes you through a vibrant natural wonder, home to wild plants like black lilies and majestic red-crowned cranes. Kushiro City, famous for its delicious seafood and one of the world’s three greatest sunsets, provides a stunning backdrop. The sunsets shift with the seasons, offering breathtaking views that create unforgettable memories. This region is also home to the iconic red-crowned cranes and marimo, which, once thought to be extinct, now thrive in the pristine environment of eastern Hokkaido. More than just a race, this marathon is an opportunity to experience the beauty, culture, and spirit of Kushiro!

Registration Notice: Please note that entries will close once the maximum capacity has been reached
Luggage Storage: Your luggage will be stored at the Shitsugen no Kaze Arena Kushiro (General Gymnasium)
Parent-Child Division: Applications for the Parent-Child Division must be submitted under the name of the runner who is 18 years old or older
