【Registration Rules】
- Registration closes early if capacity is reached.
- Full & Half Marathon check-in is only available on the day before race day.
- No on-site entry registration (day before or race day).
- No athlete bib = No participation.
【Athlete Check-in】
For Full/Half Marathon: There are two check-in options available:
1. November 1st (Saturday) from 12 PM to 5 PM – Free of charge.
2. November 2nd (Sunday) on race day, until 1 hour before the start – An additional fee of 1,700 JPY.
Please choose the option that best suits you when registering.
※No changes can be made after registration.
For 10 km: Check-in is available only on race day, November 2nd (Sunday) from 10 AM to 12 PM.
【Race Day Guidelines】
Start Line
- Runners will be grouped by self-reported finish times (provided during registration).
- No estimated time? You’ll start in the last group.
Course Conditions
- Includes grass, gravel, and possibly muddy paths (depending on weather).
Escort Runners
- If running with a companion, email yodogawa_entry@tecnoplan.co.jp after registering.
【Facilities & Logistics】
- IC Chips: No need to return (disposable timing chips).
- Changing Rooms: Temporary tents available.
- Baggage Storage: Available, but:
- Valuables & bicycles not accepted.
- Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
