  • Registration & Payment
    - Registration may close early if the event reaches capacity before the deadline.
    - Credit card and PayPal payments are not available in Turkey.
    - The race guide will be sent via email by the organizers.


    Safety & Preparation
    Lighting Requirement: The course may be dark and hazardous at the start or after sunset.
    ※For safety, all participants must use flashlights or suitable lighting.
    Health Insurance Card: Bring your health insurance card (a copy is acceptable) in case of emergencies.
    Pain Relief Supplies: While limited painkillers and anti-inflammatory sprays will be available, we recommend bringing your own if needed.


    Pre-Race Party
    A free pre-race gathering will be held for participants to socialize and enjoy the atmosphere.
    Preferences will be collected during registration to accommodate attendees.
    Date & Time: Friday, October 17th, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Venue: Ikinoshima Hall (Central Hall)


    Cancellation Policy
    Before Race Day
    A decision to cancel will be made by 4:00 PM the day before the race if:
    - Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, heavy snowfall) significantly disrupt the event.
    - Safety is compromised due to accidents, epidemics, or other incidents.
    - Severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms) prompts an official warning.

    On Race Day
    A meeting will be held by 4:00 PM to assess conditions. The race may be canceled or suspended if:
    - Natural disasters or emergencies endanger participants.
    - Severe weather warnings are issued.
