  • Application Details
    - Entry Period: Tuesday, July 1, 2025 (9:00 AM) to Friday, July 11, 2025 (5:00 PM).
    - Selection Process: If applications exceed capacity, participants will be selected via lottery.
    - Payment Methods: Credit card and PayPal payments are unavailable for applicants from Turkey.
    - Race Guide: Participation information is scheduled to be distributed by the organizers via email in early November.
    ※If your race kit is successfully delivered by mail, on-site check-in is not required. Otherwise, you may check in on the day of the event.

    Post-Application Procedures
    - To change your event distance or division, cancel your application via Run Japan’s "List of Lot Races" and reapply.
    Changes cannot be made after the application period closes.
    - Lottery Results & Payment:
    → Check your entry status on Run Japan’s "List of Lot Races" after results are announced.
    → Email notifications will be sent, but non-receipt does not exempt participants from payment obligations.

    Regarding the Delivery of Athlete Bibs
    1. For participants with a registered address within Japan, bibs will be sent by postal mail in early November.
    2. For participants with an overseas address, bibs will be distributed at the venue on the day of the event.
    Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to send bibs to specific addresses such as hotels or alternative locations.
