Registration and Payment
- Registration may close prior to the deadline if the event reaches full capacity.
- Credit card and PayPal payments are not available for participants in Turkey.
RUN PASSPORT Smart Reception System
This event utilizes the RUN PASSPORT Smart Reception System.
- No physical number card exchange vouchers will be mailed.
- When your participation ticket is ready, you will be notified via the email address entered during entry.
- Download the ticket from the "Participation Ticket Issuance Guide" email and present it at the venue (smartphone or printed PDF).
Event Rules and Conduct
- This is a competitive event; wearing costumes is prohibited.
- Participation by wheelchair athletes is not permitted.
- Some course signs and instructions may be provided only in Japanese.
- Participants must pass through all 7 control gates by their respective closing times.
（Failure to do so will lead to disqualification and transportation to the finish area by the organizer’s bus.）
- Use or possession of devices such as earphones, headphones, or mobile phones during the race is considered assistance ―This may result in disqualification.
Health and Safety
- The organizers will provide first aid but are not responsible for any illness, injury, or accidents beyond this.
- While insurance will be provided, coverage does not extend to epidemics, including COVID-19.
Refund Policy
Entry fees will not be refunded in cases of cancellation or non-participation after registration.
Luggage Transport
Luggage will be transported by the organizers from the starting point Osaka Castle Park to the finish line Yanmar Stadium Nagai.
