Registration and Payment Information
① Registration may close early if the event reaches capacity before the deadline.
② Credit card and Paypal payments are not available in Turkey.
③ Event organizers will send the race guide via email to all registered participants in early January.
④ All applicants are required to read and acknowledge the "Event Guidelines" in their entirety prior to applying.

Submission of Record Certificates for Marathon Division Applicants
Applicants registering for the marathon division may declare a "Personal Time" based on a prior result.
To be eligible for placement in the designated starting blocks, applicants must meet one of the following qualifying standards achieved in a domestic or international marathon held on or after January 1, 2021:
→ Full Marathon: 2 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds or less.
→ 30KM Road Race: 1 hour 54 minutes 00 seconds or less.
→ Half Marathon: 1 hour 17 minutes 00 seconds or less.
※If you are using one of the above results as your qualifying time, you are required to submit a copy of your official record certificate directly to the event office via email at: taiiku@city.hitachinaka.lg.jp
Important Notes:
- Submission is waived for qualifiers from the 70th–72nd Katsuta National Marathon (2023–2025).
- Failure to submit the required record certificate by the specified deadline will result in assignment to the rear starting blocks on the day of the event.
