• Enjoy a refreshing run through Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture, the number one cherry producing city in Japan and the birthplace of Sato Nishiki cherries! This is a marathon course where cherries shine Ruby ​​Red. The start and finish points are at the Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces, so you can run on the Self-Defense Force grounds. We will be providing GI Higashine Sato Nishiki cherries to all participants!

    Half Marathon

    Male/Female: 19-29 years old, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60+ years old
    Time Limit：Total of 2hrs 50mins → Checkpoints at 12.8km (1hr 45mins), 16.4km (2hrs 15mins), and 18.7km (2hrs 32mins).
    

    10 km

    Male/Female: 16-18 years old, 19-29 years old, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60+ years old
    Time Limit：Total of 1hr 35 mins → Checkpoints at 5.5 km (55 mins) and 7.6 km (1hr 15mins).
    

    5 km

    Male/Female: 16-18 years old, 19-29 years old, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60+ years old
    Time Limit：Total of 50 mins → Checkpoint at 2.8 km (30 mins).
    

    3 km

    Male/Female: 10-12, 13-15 years old, Parent-Child Division (Team of 2 or 3): Guardian (18 years old and above) + Child (7-9 years old)
    Time Limit：Total of 30 mins → No checkpoints.
