    - The event course features a challenging route at about 2,000m altitude, where low temperatures may occur despite being early July. Participants should assess their fitness, climbing skills, and equipment before joining.

    - Please note that the entry will be closed once the maximum capacity has been reached.

    - We recommend that international participants bring their passport (copies are acceptable).

    - The event is a time race, with rankings based on the shortest time.- Race Guide will be sent via email approximately one week after the registration deadline.

    【Course Distances】
    CASJ 90k: 86.7km, +5,285m ascent, -5,266m descent
    -People who can comfortably run a trail over 50km in distance and with a cumulative elevation of over 3000m, and have experience climbing at altitudes of over 2000m

    NIPPON TRGP CENTRAL ALPS 38k: 37.5km, +2,571m ascent, -2,597m descent
    - People who can comfortably run a trail over 30km in distance and with a cumulative elevation of over 2000m, and have experience climbing at altitudes of over 2000m

    HIGHLAND 20k: 21.0km, +1,245m ascent, -1,242m descent
    - People who can comfortably run a trail over 20km in distance

    KOMAKAPPA 10k: 10.2km, +628m ascent, -636m descent
    -People who want to try trail running, and people who are confident in their physical strength

    MIYASAN 4k: 4.0km, +86m ascent, -85m descent
    - People who can take on the challenge while enjoying the maintained walking paths, and families who want to enjoy the plateau *Preschool children must participate with a guardian
    *Family Challenge applications should be made in the name of the parent/guardian (19+).
