◆Important Announcement
Credit card and PayPal payments are not available in Turkey and Russia.
- Please note that the entry will be closed once the maximum capacity has been reached.
- This event is an International Trail Running Association (ITRA) Points Race. The Long Course is eligible for 1 ITRA point.
- The organizer reserves the right to change or shorten the course, or to cancel the race, at their discretion due to unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes, severe weather, epidemics, incidents, or reports of bear activity.
In the event that the race is canceled due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control—including earthquakes, heavy rain, epidemics, or bear activity—entry fees will not be refunded, including travel and accommodation expenses.
＜Mandatory Equipment>
In addition to the mandatory equipment listed below, participants are responsible for bringing any additional equipment they deem necessary.
- Water (Long Course: at least 1 liter / Short Course: at least 500 ml) and nutrition
- Mobile phone (Must be fully charged, registered with the race organizer’s contact number, and set to display the caller ID)
- To reduce the risk of getting lost, participants are strongly encouraged to carry a smartphone capable of running navigation apps such as YAMAP, along with a spare battery.
- The race organizer’s contact number is printed on the number card.
- Personal cup or similar item (Disposable paper cups will not be provided in order to reduce resource consumption.)
- Bear bell
- To protect vegetation, the use of trekking poles is strictly prohibited on all courses.
- In addition, wearing earphones during the race is prohibited for safety reasons.
