    【Running Experience】

    [60km]
    Completion of other trail running events is not required, but completion of at least one trail running race of 30km or longer, or one road race of 40km or longer, is desirable.

    [40km]
    Completion of other trail running events is not required, but completion of at least one trail running race of 20km or longer, or one road race of 30km or longer, is desirable.

    [15km]
    Must be 13 years old or older. Experience running continuously for 10 kilometers or more is desirable.

    [60km/40km]
    Participants must be:
    -18 years old or older on the race day, July 26. 2026.
    -Confident they can complete all courses without getting lost within the time limit.

    Markings are placed along the entire course to prevent getting lost, but guides are not stationed at every single marking spot. Therefore, participants are responsible for understanding the course map distributed in advance and confirming the markings while running.

    Participants must understand that transportation and communication conditions on the race course are extremely poor, and have the ability to prepare appropriate equipment and handle potential race issues (altitude, weather, mental, physical) by themselves and at their own responsibility.

    Participants must fully recognize that the race takes place within the natural environment of a national park where rare animals and plants inhabit, and fully understand the race rules designed to minimize environmental impact and the operation with considerations for non-participant park users.
