Eligibility and Registration
- Registration may close early if the event reaches capacity before the deadline.
- Participants must be amateur athletes in good health.
- Under 18 years of age, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian to participate.
- Each participant may register for only one category.
- For entries in the Family Category, registration must be under the participating guardian’s name.
- Children in the 1KM Family Kids Division must be between 4 and 6 years old within the current fiscal year.
※Children born between April 2, 2020 and April 1, 2023.
Payment Methods
Credit card and PayPal payments are not available in Turkey and Russia.
Event Documentation
- The race guide is scheduled to be distributed via email to all registered participants in early November.
- Finisher certificates can be downloaded individually from the official website.
Health and Safety
Participants must bring their health insurance card or Passport (a copy is acceptable) on the event day.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a natural disaster (e.g., earthquake, typhoon, flooding, snowfall), incident, accident, epidemic, or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will assess the situation and determine whether to modify or cancel the event.
※If the event organizer decides to cancel the event, whether a refund will be issued and the amount of any refund will be determined after deducting expenses already incurred and any applicable refund processing fees.
