◆Important Announcement◆
Credit card and PayPal payments are not available in Turkey and Russia.
- Please note that the entry will be closed once the maximum capacity has been reached.
- The event organizer will send the race guide via email to all registered participants in early January.
- All applicants are required to read and acknowledge the "Event Guidelines" in their entirety prior to applying. The guidelines are available on the official event website.
Submission of Record Certificates for Marathon Division Applicants
Applicants registering for the marathon division may declare a "Personal Time" based on a prior result.
To be eligible for placement in the designated starting blocks, applicants must meet one of the following qualifying standards achieved in a domestic or international marathon held on or after January 1, 2022:
① Full Marathon: 2 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds or less.
② 30KM Road Race: 1 hour 54 minutes 00 seconds or less.
③ Half Marathon: 1 hour 17 minutes 00 seconds or less.
If you are using one of the above results as your qualifying time, you are required to submit a copy of your official record certificate directly to the event organizer via email at: taiiku@city.hitachinaka.lg.jp by the end of the entry period.
*Failure to submit the required record certificate by the specified deadline will result in assignment to the rear starting blocks on the day of the event.
*Please direct any inquiries regarding the submission of certificates to the tournament secretariat.
Important Notes:
Participants registering with a qualifying time from the 70th–73rd Katsuta National Marathon (2023–2026) do not need to submit a record certificate, as the organizers will verify the record.
