  • Registration & Payment
    - Registration may close early if the event reaches capacity before the deadline.
    - Credit card and PayPal payments are not available in Turkey.
    - Participants can expect to receive the official race guide via email from the organizers in early July.

    Team Registration Requirements
    If a team consists solely of participants under 18, a representative (parent, coach, etc.) aged 18 or older must complete registration.

    Application Rules
    - Only one team per application representative is permitted for each distance event.
    - This event does not offer group entry registrations.
    - Solo participants must apply individually.
    - Team representatives do not need to register members at the time of application.
    ・The event organizer will send a 'Member Registration Form and Pledge' 10 days before the event.
    ・Completed forms must be submitted at the athlete registration desk.
    ・Teams failing to register members will not be allowed to run.

    Team Member Changes
    - Changes to team size after application are not permitted.
    - To modify events or add participants, follow the procedure on the official website.
    Change Period: From application until June 8 (Sun)
    Fee: 4,000 JPY per additional person (fixed rate, regardless of team size or division)
    Reductions: No refunds for fewer participants.

    Family Run
    - Family groups run one lap together.
    - Children under the age of 7 are also eligible to participate.
    Same-day registration only: 500 JPY per group.
    Includes: Completion certificate (no time measurement)

    Baggage Storage
    Coin lockers are available exclusively in the 1st-floor concourse.
