  • Registration Information
    - Registration may close prior to the deadline if the event reaches capacity.
    - Credit card and PayPal payments are not available for participants in Turkey.
    - The race guide is scheduled to be published on the official event website 2 to 3 weeks before the event day.


    Finisher Certificates
    - A web-based completion certificate will be available for download on race day.


    Participation Prize Distribution
    1. The day before the race → 1 PM to 5 PM
    2. Race day → 7 AM until the conclusion of the event
    ※Athlete bibs and other related items will be distributed on race day starting at 9:00 AM.
    Please note that this time is tentative and subject to change.


    Baggage Storage
    A storage service will be available for a fee of 1,000 JPY.
    ※Valuables will not be accepted for storage.


    Cancellation Policy
    In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, incidents, or health concerns), refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
    Refund Schedule:
    - Between registration opening and August 31: 100% refund
    - September 1–30: 70% refund
    - October 1–31: 30% refund
    - November 1 onward: No refund

    Additional Notes:
    1. Refund rates are subject to change.
    2. Administrative fees will be deducted from refund amounts.
