1. Search the race you want to enter in a race name search.
It will be searchable by the race name if you know it.
It will also be searchable by a partial characters of Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana.
E.g. Race name: EKIDEN (relay race) Carnival Race at Higashi Tokyo in Arakawa, Kita-ku
→ A partial search for the race name is available by Chinese characters, Kanji and Hiragana.

【Caution !】
・In case an appropriate race is not available or the race name for search is incorrect, "No Search Results Found" will be displayed. Check the race name for your search again.
・Please note it won't allow you to query unless all the details are matched.
・Please be aware that a combination search by Kanji and Katakana in a race name.

2.Select the race you want to enter from a list of the search results.
Click a race name you want to enter.
It is possible to enter the race with ● mark in an entry column.

【Caution !】
In case an entry column does not come with ● mark, there is a possibility for an entry unavailable on RUNNET JAPAN before the check-in. Make sure to check by "Race Information".

3.The top page of race you selected will be displayed.
The button [Entry] will be displayed on the top page of a race.
If you are already logged in to RUNNET JAPAN, click the button [Entry] so that the log in screen will be displayed.
→Go on to 5.
If you are not logged in to RUNNET JAPAN, click the button [Entry] so that the log in screen will be displayed. →Go on to 4.

4. Log in to RUNNET JAPAN.
RUNNET JAPAN members are required to enter the User ID, email address or Password.

If you are not a RUNNET JAPAN member, a sign up will be required.
If you sign up for RUNNET JAPAN, click from the "Non-RUNNET JAPAN members" to the "Sign up".

【For unsuccessful log in cases】
・Isn't your password incorrect?
・Refer to User ID and Password just to be sure.
→If you forget your User ID and Password, please contact us here.
Even if it won't work, your usage environment may not be arranged.

We would like to ask you to check your usage environment (OS/Browser). If your problems still persist, please contact us through the inquiry form.

5. Select a distance event you want to enter.
Check the "Distance Event" and "Qualification", e.g. age and gender, and click the button [Entry] . Please make sure to check the Race Guide/Terms before clicking the button [Entry]. Complete your entry in accordance with an entry procedure displayed on the screen afterwards.

【Caution !】
For the events only to meet an eligibility for your qualification (e.g., age/gender), the button [Entry] will be displayed.
If you are not logged on to RUNNET JAPAN, the button [Entry] will be displayed on the enterable events. 

【Caution !】
In case the button [Entry] won't be displayed, there is a possibility that your membership information is incorrect. After you log in to RUNNET JAPAN, please make sure to check your registered information on My Page.
You are required to edit your information if your age and gender are registered incorrectly.

*You cannot change your name, date of birth and gender on your own. If you need to change these information, please contact us through the inquiry form.

【Caution !】
For the events with geo-restrictions, the button [Entry] will be displayed for those who are eligible.
If you are not eligible, "geo-restrictions" will be displayed. In case you are eligible and the button [Entry] will not be displayed, there is a possibility that your membership information is incorrect. After you log in to RUNNET JAPAN, please make sure to check your registered information on the "Members Only".

If your address is incorrectly registered, you need to edit the information.

Phase 2: Race search and Entry procedure

6. Enter the race entry information.
Follow an entry step and enter the information.
The number of steps and entry fields will differ depending on the races.
Check the necessary fields per each race for your entry. Enter your information along with input limit, e.g., specified number of characters and selection fields. If you don't enter the required fields, you cannot proceed to the next step.

7. Enter the credit card information
Payments can be made by credit card only. Enter your credit card information.
The moment your entry is complete, your credit card settlement will be done.

8.Check entry information.
You can change data entry only at this point.
If there is no problem with all inputs, click the button [Confirm the information above].

9. Entry completion
Your entry is complete.

We will close the enrollment on [On a first-come, first-serve basis] for some races. Please check with the Race Guide for your entered race.
You will receive a confirmation email address at your registered account. Please review your registration.
