All other account information can only be edited during the valid entry period. If changes need to be made after the entry period, please contact us through the Inquiry Form.

How to Reset Email Address:
    1. Login to RUNNET JAPAN 
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage, then click 'Edit Your Member Info'
    3. Login once again 
    4. Click 'Reset Email Address' button and enter new email address

How to Reset Password:

    1. Login to RUNNET JAPAN 
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage, then click 'Edit Your Member Info'
    3. Login once again 
    4. Click 'Reset Password' and enter new password.

How to Update Your Postal Address:
    1. Login to RUNNET JAPAN 

    2. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage, then click 'Edit Your Member Info'
    3. Login once again 
    4. Input your new postal address then submit request
